Meet The Team
JACK Jack has been working in the fitness industry for 8 years. Jack has gained his NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and worked as a life guard for 2 years. He has also gained his FA Level 1 Football coaching badge and coaches children at Leyton Orient FC. To progress in the industry, Jack then went on to gain his level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification. Jack is also a purple belt kickboxer which he has been training towards over the last 2 years. He played semi professional football for Leyton Orient until he was 17 and then moved into coaching.
Jack can help create a personal training programme for you to follow each time you come to the gym. He also offers personal training, giving you a varied training routine every session.

JOHN John graduated in 2007 with a BSc Hon Sports Science degree, he then went on to gain Fitness Instructor Level 2 and Advanced Fitness Instructor Level 3 and has been working in the fitness industry since 2007.
John has been playing football since he was 8, since then he has represented his district and county and also played for his university 1st team.
John is keen to see people achieve their goals. Whether it be to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or a sport specific goal, John will be there to motivate and support you all the way.
